1. We store the fabric in our warehouses as deposit.
2. We select the fabrics that in our view are the most suitable for achieving maximum turnover and therefore higher sales; consequently storage space is optimised.
3. Both parties sign a contract for distribution and exclusivity for the territory agreed.
